Duo 2 Men's table knives "Savik" by Guy Savoy and Bruno Moretti for Tarrerias Bonjean
Table Knives "Savik"
The designer Bruno Moretti envisioned it as: "radical" to return to the essence of the knife, "elementary" so that the simplicity of its shape highlights the advanced technology of its manufacture, "archetypal" to capture the true expression of the knife.
And then, there is "Ulu" and "Savik"! The Inuit, in the vast whiteness and extreme cold, have always designated a knife for men, "Savik," and a knife for women, "Ulu." The same will now apply at the Guy Savoy Restaurant, as the way of holding a knife differs between men and women, even if they do not live in temperatures below fifty degrees!

Two ranges of knives have emerged
The result of observation and reflection by the Guy Savoy - Bruno Moretti duo, high-level technologies, know-how and the industrial production capacity of Tarrerias Bonjean, two ranges of knives have emerged: the "Ulu and Savik" table knives on the one hand, and the "de Thau" kitchen knives on the other.

Discover our range of knives
The “Ulu and Savik” range of table knives corresponds to Guy Savoy’s desire to establish continuity between the kitchen and the dining room, the two worlds having to respond to each other.
The “de Thau” range of kitchen knives combines aesthetic qualities with comfort at work. It is intended for cooking enthusiasts, professionals or amateurs.
An Elegant Object
This knife features a "well-tempered" blade, produced through a long process that gives the steel blade strength and flexibility. It is also designed as an elegant object, concealing its fixing points, bearing a engraved number, and surprisingly standing on its edge. Its handle softens the angles! Made of carbon, it is so pleasant to the touch, so smooth, so polished... so elegant!
A Technical Tool
The blades are made of Alenox steel, and the handles are crafted from carbon fibers. This aesthetic and modern concept showcases the craftsmanship and technical excellence of the TB Group (a cutlery maker since 1648). The assembly results from the combination of advanced technologies and skilled craftsmanship. These knives, offered for sale, are identical to the knives found in the prestigious "Guy Savoy" restaurants at the Monnaie de Paris and Caesars Palace (US).
