Box of 6 "Savik" table knives by Guy Savoy and Bruno Moretti for Tarrerias Bonjean
Table Knives "Savik"
Designer Bruno Moretti envisioned it as "radical" to return to the essence of the knife, "elementary" so that the simplicity of its form highlights the advanced technology of its manufacturing, and "archetypal" to be as true as possible to the expression of the knife.
Then there are "Ulu" and "Savik"! The Inuit, in the vast whiteness and extreme cold, have always designated a knife for men, "Savik," and a knife for women, "Ulu." The same will now be true at Restaurant Guy Savoy, as the way to hold a knife differs between men and women, even if they don't live at fift

Two ranges of knives have emerged
The result of observation and reflection by the Guy Savoy - Bruno Moretti duo, high-level technologies, know-how and the industrial production capacity of Tarrerias Bonjean, two ranges of knives have emerged: the "Ulu and Savik" table knives on the one hand, and the "de Thau" kitchen knives on the other.

Discover our range of knives
The “Ulu and Savik” range of table knives corresponds to Guy Savoy’s desire to establish continuity between the kitchen and the dining room, the two worlds having to respond to each other.
The “de Thau” range of kitchen knives combines aesthetic qualities with comfort at work. It is intended for cooking enthusiasts, professionals or amateurs.
An Elegant Object
This knife features a "well-tempered" blade, crafted through a long process that gives the steel blade both strength and flexibility. It is also designed as an elegant object, hiding its fixing points, bearing a numbered engraving, and surprisingly balancing on its edge. Its handle softens the angles! Made from carbon, it is so pleasant to the touch, so smooth, so polished... so elegant!
A Technical Tool
The blades are made of Alenox steel and the handles are made of carbon fiber. This modern aesthetic concept showcases the craftsmanship and technical excellence of the TB Group (knife maker since 1648). The assembly results from the blend of high technology and skilled craftsmanship. These knives available for sale are identical to those found in the prestigious "Guy Savoy" restaurants at the Monnaie de Paris and Caesars Palace (US).
