This knife is designed for slicing all types of bread, as well as a crispy roast and even pork crackling. It features a long, rigid serrated blade. Its stabilised wood handle, made from poplar and resin, provides water resistance, offering the benefits of wood without its drawbacks.

The knives in the Brigade stabilised wood range are made in France by TB.
The 19 cm bread knife is part of the professional knife range. With its stabilised wood handle, it is dishwasher safe. However, we always recommend hand washing your knives.
The blade of the 19 cm bread knife is made from X46Cr13 stainless steel, which provides excellent cutting quality. We have opted for premium polishing and sharpening for these knives.
The handle rivets are made from aluminium and have undergone high-resistance anti-corrosion treatment.
